Frank Arellano

Frank Arellano is the CEO and founder of Revolv3. Prior to establishing Revolv3 in 2020, Frank served as the vice president of business operations at Experian and the senior director of corporate development and strategy for Ingram Micro, two Fortune 500 companies. With over 25 years of experience between these roles, Frank possesses extensive expertise in the industry.

During his tenure at Experian, Frank identified a need for subscription management payment systems that could minimize false declines and maximize first pass payment approvals. Frustrated by the lack of existing solutions, he took it upon himself to build his own. Eventually, Frank left Experian to pursue this project and founded Revolv3. In November 2022, Revolv3 successfully raised $4.5 million in seed funding from Rosecliff Ventures source.

In September 2023, Revolv3, Inc. was recognized as a finalist for the OC Octane High Tech Awards in the "Best Enterprise or B2B Technology Innovation" category source. Frank Arellano and Robert Podlesni accepted this recognition at the AV Irvine.

‍In his early career, Frank made significant contributions at New Media Corp, the pioneering PCMCIA card manufacturer. He played a crucial role in product development, including the release of groundbreaking SCSI, sound card, and portable peripheral technologies.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Frank has volunteered his time as a Trustee for Schoolpower, Laguna Beach Education Foundation. He also enjoys playing bass in his bands and can often be found performing at Laguna Beach local restaurants, wine festivals and concerts.
