Frank Arellano
Frank Arellano is the CEO and founder of Revolv3, a fintech SaaS platform out of Laguna Beach, CA. Frustrated by the lack of subscription management payment systems that could minimize false declines and maximize first pass payment approvals, he built his own. Frank started his career with startups. Afterwards, he led as an executive at Ingram Micro and Experian for over 20 years. Now, backed by Rosecliff Ventures, he intends to reshape the recurring payment market. On the weekends you might find him jamming with one of his bands at a local wine festival or a concert.
Robert Podlesni
Payments industry leader and former professional race car driver, Robert brings more than 15 years of experience improving credit card payment processing for startups and large-scale companies. As an operations executive, Robert led multiple companies in their integration of third-party billing solutions and most recently designed and implemented a full-stack bespoke billing engine for Experian. His subject matter expertise is in payments, subscriptions, merchant solutions, payment card industry, and revenue optimization.
David Paul
David Paul is the CMO of Revolv3 bringing over 35 years of IBM marketing and sales experience to this fintech startup. Following his IBM experience, David provided marketing and strategy consulting engagements at Valassis and the Engagement Media Company. If you can’t find David at Revolv3 you might look for him on the golf course or the nearest fly-fishing stream.
Anastasio Scalisi
Anastasio Scalisi is the CTO of Revolv3. He brings over 25 years of international experience in the tech space. He has led technology transformation programs for enterprise media, telco and network companies. He worked as the interim CTO/advisor for Ingram Micro, leading major technology programs. He now runs his own technology advisory firm in Southern California. He enjoys skiing and snowboarding.
